Broker's Comments

** This boat must move from Brighton Marina **

A nice example of a classic Dutch motor cruiser layout!

She has a lovely aft cabin with a great sized double memory foam bed and also another very large berth under her foredeck. Headroom is great throughout, though her aft cabin is sitting room only - but you'll only be sleeping in here!

Her galley is a linear affair, with a lot of stowage and options to tailor for yourself. The heads compartment has been converted solely to a shower compartment - it may be possible to reintroduce a head, should it be desired.

Her piece de resistance is her wheelhouse - in a lovely, raised position, with great access from port or starboard and lovely big windows which allow the light to flood in.

Her engine starts easily and comes with the usual instrumentation.

This boat seems very solid and is backed by a 2017 survey. She's been preserved and much work has been carried out on her. There is ample scope to finish her off the way you like - there are some jobs that need completing to make her a navigable vessel.
