Broker's Comments

Here we have a delightful Dutch Klipper of 1910 vintage, lovingly restored and on a much sought after London residential mooring.

The accommodation is stunning, with a huge reception area with built-in flat screen TV, polished wooden floors and an abundance of natural light. The galley (or second reception) area is equally spacious, with quality fittings throughout. Sleeping quarters consist of two double cabins and the area currently being used as an office / study area could be converted into a third cabin.

With her new Gardner engine and complete sail rig, she’s ready to go.

She comes with much original documentation and photographs taken throughout the restoration project, as well as a record of all the previous owners.

The boat comes with a fully residential mooring in a secure, gated marina which supports a vibrant liveaboard community which is very close to Canary Wharf and the City. This is a popular and convenient location, with tubes, buses, trains and the river bus all close to hand, as well as being close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops.
