Broker's Comments
We are pleased to present this attractive Klipperaak, which is rich in history, style and comfort, perfect for cruising and as a liveaboard. The owner has invested significant time and finance into this barge, which offers a well presented and charming vessel.
The spacious deck allows for ease of boat handling, providing a versatile platform for entertainment and space for additional stowage of items. Moving inside, the inviting wheelhouse has large folding windows, giving plenty of light, with panoramic views, stunning woodwork and comfortable seating.
The interior provides a great volume of accommodation, with three separate cabins and an open plan galley and saloon. The private and character filled aft cabin is accessed from the wheelhouse, is in-keeping with the traditional feel of this vessel and includes a berth, basin and stowage. Going forward from the wheelhouse, there is an open plan, refurbished and thoughtfully designed galley, with plenty of room to prepare and enjoy meals. Further forward into the saloon, the new multifuel stove, featuring copper pipework detail, ties the saloon together adding a cosy yet bright and modern feel.
Moving forward from the saloon, passing stylish cupboards along the corridor, into the separate heads with the luxury of a bath, shower and toilet. Forward of the heads is another separate cabin, having a blend of traditional, yet modern design, with potential to also be used as a study.
Aft and also accessible from the galley, can be found the spacious engine room. This space provides for ease of engine operation and the engine itself provides plenty of power for cruising and manouvereing the boat.
This barge would make a comfortable cruising platform, home or holiday opportunity and If you would like to know any more or organise a personal viewing, please contact our office and we would be delighted to hear from you.
