Broker's Comments

Here is a wonderful old lady who has been loved and nurtured and who looks far less than her vintage of 116 years!

Sailed over to England in 2007 and complete with much of her historic paperwork, don't be put off by her age - full of classic charm, she is in lovely condition and has been updated to maintain a high standard of modern living.

Currently on a prime canalside mooring within the security of a modern marina, this location can provide the best of all worlds and could be available for transfer by agreement with marina management.

Close to West Drayton station (20 mins from London Paddington) and just 10 mins drive from Uxbridge town centre and 2 tube lines, this could easily be a liveaboard or pied a terre for the city worker or a country retreat for weekends.
