Broker's Comments

This is a charming little Dutch barge with a prized residential mooring in one of central London's most sought after live-aboard communities.

Whilst she is in need of some TLC, she has the potential to be a great home or pied a terre. The wheelhouse provides views of the peaceful surroundings and would make a stunning sun room or pleasant office space.

The engine is not in service at the moment and has seized, but this could be repaired to restore the vessel to full use.

This is a great central London (Zone 2) home for a single person or couple. The mooring is fully residential in a secure, gated marina, very close to Canary Wharf and the City. This is a popular and convenient location, with tubes, buses, trains and the river bus all close to hand, as well as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. The marina supports a vibrant and friendly live-aboard community.
