Boatshed Grand Union are delighted to offer this 24m Dutch Barge for sale with Limehouse residential mooring.

Built in 1904 and superbly restored and refitted in 2003, this two cabin, spacious barge is the perfect floating home for a couple or young family.

The main living areas are flooded with light and all the fittings are of a high spec making this one of the best barges currently available and only 10 minutes from Bank station thanks to the excellent transport links from Limehouse.

In addition, the marina itself has good security and mooring fees are £14,194 p.a. (£1,183 a month). Limehouse is a fantastic community of liveaboard boaters and is growing in popularity all the time because of its proximity to central London.
