We first have a pleasant covered outdoor terrace with a Bimini where five people can easily sit. The steering is done from this outdoor terrace. At the stern of the boat, there is a swim ladder that allows easy access back on board via the terrace.
Under the Bimini on this terrace, there is a headroom of 2.05 meters.

We then enter the boat through two sliding side doors, arriving in the salon. Despite its small size, you don't feel cramped in this boat thanks to its many windows. I felt really comfortable, like in a cozy nest open to the outside.
In this salon, there is a mobile air conditioner with an energy class A rating of 2KW and seating for four. In this salon, you also have access to the engine compartment through the floor hatches.
As you can see, all the windows and paintings are recent and in good condition, proof of the care that our owner has taken in maintaining his boat. In this salon, the headroom is 1.84 meters.

Moving towards the stern, you'll find the toilet to starboard and the owner's cabin with its double bed measuring 1.20 X 2.50. In this aft cabin, the headroom is 1.71 meters.

Let's go back towards the bow; two steps lead us to the dinette kitchen and the forepeak, where the headroom is 1.86 meters. Here, we have two gas burners and a recent fridge that runs on both 220V and 12V or gas for the kitchen.
At the dinette, there's seating for four people, as well as a television on an articulated arm, which is handy for watching shows during meals.
The boat is also well-equipped with 220V outlets, which are useful for plugging in electric heaters that will quickly heat this small space or recharge your various devices. To use the 220V, it's necessary to be connected to the shore as there is no inverter.

The bed in the forepeak measures 2.10 meters at its widest and 1.70 meters in length.

Broker's Comments

Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to present this 29-foot Dutch motor cruiser, measuring 8.88 meters in length. 29 feet Dutch motor cruiser for sale.

Here we have a well-maintained Dutch motor cruiser owned by our owner, who actually lived on board for 5 years. It offers four berths, a pleasant covered terrace thanks to a bimini, a saloon, a dinette, and a well-appointed and equipped kitchenette. It has more than one trick up its sleeve, all in less than 9 meters and at an affordable price!

In addition to that, we have a recent hull survey (November 2022) showing the good condition of the 4mm thick steel hull.

Our owner even uses it as a unique Airbnb, which can be interesting if you plan to stay at the dock.
