Broker's Comments
Extremely spacious, well equipped and well maintained, this yacht has been doing exactly what quality cruising yachts are meant to do, sailing far and wide.
Owned by a large well organised syndicate, it seems this Dufour 455 Grand Large has rarely been idle but when she is berthed back at the marina, she is kept current, safe and seaworthy with regular maintenance and updates.
This spacious yacht has berths for up to 10, with twin double forward / aft cabins plus a double in the saloon when required. There is plenty of storage, two separate heads compartments with showers and the headroom throughout is generous.
Control lines lead back to a roomy cockpit with a single line reefing system. The navigation fit is excellent both on deck and at the nav station plus the vessel is well equipped with safety gear including liferaft & EPIRB.
This vessel looks good too. On deck there is a teak laid cockpit, side decks and bathing platform. Down below the accommodation is light, airy & finished with a quality Moabi mahogany giving her a warm glow.
If you have a large family, enjoy cruising with friends or just prefer plenty of space, then this yacht is well worth considering.
