Total LOA -- anchor to fantail -- approximately 48'.
Water and holding tank are constructed of wood/epoxy.
Fuel tanks are constructed of aluminum -- two engine fuel tanks and one dedicated generator tank.
The construction method is referred to as "stitch and glue". Devlin has been the key innovator and exponent of this method of boatbuilding since the early 70s, and is widely recognized for his practice of a distinctly modern version of wooden boat building. In essence, marine plywood panels are precision cut and sutured together with wire "stitches" to form the hull and house. Seams are taped with fiberglass cloth and epoxy, the exterior is completely fiberglassed, and the interior sealed in epoxy. This creates a monocoque vessel that is light weight, strong, and easy-to-maintain, yet demonstrates advantages long associated with wooden construction -- namely thermal and sound insulation. Needless to say -- this is not a quick and easy process. There are many, many labor hours required to build a boat like this. But the result is a beautiful display of craftsmanship that is a genuinely warm and comfortable boat to be aboard. And there are few boats as pretty.
New exterior Awlgrip paint 2016.
Waterline Boats / Boatshed does not independently verify capacities and measures, which are reported from seller-provided information and/or literature.

Boarding is to the side deck and then into the cockpit or into the pilothouse via the starboard side pilot door.
The cockpit is quite adequate for chairs and a table. A very large lazarette compartment is tucked into the fantail with a considerable volume of storage for lines, fenders, tools, etc. The builder suggests that a buyer could commission him, if desired, to add a cockpit cover, an opening side-entry door in the bulwarks, or other customizations as may optimize the new owner's use of the boat -- this is the advantage of buying a boat built by an active custom builder!
Entry from the cockpit into the salon is via sliding door, and a lovely scene is presented by the warm, light, nautical interior. A dinette with hi/lo table is to port, and is convertible to a double berth. A long galley to starboard includes a double sink, convenient storage, and separate Isotherm refrigerator and freezer. A day head compartment is aft starboard. Forward centerline and to port is more galley equipment and storage, including a Broadwater 4-burner marine stove, and Contoure microwave; A TV is mounted here also.
Three steps up to the pilothouse -- with centerline helm with pedestal captain's seat and a tremendously commanding layout of navigational equipment and operational instrumentation and controls. A pilot berth / settee is to port, and a chart table with storage is aft of the helm chair. Windows provide good rearward visibility.
The stateroom with queen-sized berth is quite spacious, and is well-lit from the beautiful, classic butterfly hatch overhead and numerous portlights. There are plenty of drawers and lockers, and a very large hanging locker.
The vanity, head and shower extend along the port side aft of the stateroom and together are quite roomy. Access to the engineroom is through a standing-height door.
Access around the exterior is easy, with elevated side decks. The anchor well in the bow is protected by high bulwarks.
Cabin heat from two Dickinson Newport propane furnaces, two electric fan heaters, and reverse-cycle heat/air (two units totaling 38.5 KBTU).
