Broker's Comments
This Dean 365 Catamaran is perfect for a family that wants spacious 'living' whilst cruising the Med. Good headroom throughout and with more than enough storage space make her a very comfortable live aboard. she comes with her own highly sought after berth in a small harbour so you are a short stroll from all the amenities. The annual cost for mooring is extremely low , currently €1600 a year inclusive of water and electricity!
A rare opportunity to purchase a boat that is very well equipped for sailing as well as living aboard.
Economy combined with power comes from her single 85hp diesel engine, with a separate control for the saildrive to give exceptional manoeuvrability.
Whilst the Hulls for this boat were actually made in 1992 the boat herself was not finished or commissioned until 1996.
