Broker's Comments
This is one of those vessels that immediately feels "right" as soon as you step aboard. It's easy to see why she has been used both for extended cruising and as a live aboard during her life.
Large comfortable aft master suite together with lots of other internal space and a large sun deck give plenty of options and she is well equipped for comfortable living on board.
She comes with a very well documented history covering her travels through France, the Mediterranean and Greece as well as the UK. Now back in home waters she is seriously offered for sale.
Recently an indeterminate amount of corrosion has been sighted within the hull structure of the vessel which looks as though it has been there for some time due to water which has lain in the bilges. This means that a prospective purchaser will need at some stage to attend to this and as the present owners do not have the inclination or capability of making the repairs she is now offered as a project at under a third of her previous asking price. Probably not one for the faint hearted but for someone with the right skills or resource she offers outstanding potential.
