Broker's Comments
Boatshed London are delighted to offer this Crown OE 36 for sale.
Built in 1972, this twin cabin boat has been well fitted out to create a comfortable liveaboard. The valuable mooring in Chelsea Harbour provides excellent facilities.
The large saloon, galley and seating area is bright and spacious and the cockpit is a great place to sit on the summer evenings.
The boat had a survey in 2017 which found the hull to be in good condition and the overall feeling is that this boat has always been well looked after. BSS valid to July 2021.
As a guide, the mooring fees are circa £6,800 per annum, but prospective buyers should make their own inquiries with the mooring management. The mooring application is subject to approval.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
