Built by Appledore in Devon and now converted into a really comfortable and very stylish live-aboard! Still in full commission!
Able to go anywhere you want to and with full living accommodation!

The current owner purchased the the hull and commissioned a full refit which included an addition to the upper helm. The hull is of 12mm steel and all topside is of 6mm. Accommodation is installed over two floors. Two heads and two saloons plus a workshop area with a washing machine installed.

All the sofas and and fittings have been bolted down to prevent any damage as the owner maintains that she will make safe passage comfortably in any sea up to force 6/7.

The engine has been serviced regularly, runs perfectly and is also economical.
The Generator is a Vetus and there are two alternators. One for the leisure batteries and one for the starting.

The owner tells me that all plumbing and electrical works are all new and replaced.
The study could easily be converted to another double berth and there is a large storage area leading off the engine room forward!

This is a very real opportunity to buy a very comfortable, highly attractive live-aboard with potential for holiday and even commercial activities.

The cooker is an electric Bosch with Induction hob unit.

The general condition of this vessel is a credit to the current owner!!

The current mooring may be available by negotiation with the marina owner.
