Engines were removed 4 years ago to replace the port outdrive. At that time both engines had the rear seals and bearings replaced, new shift and throttle cables, new bellows and seals as well as a larger new bilge pump.
The engine throttle and shift controls were replaced in 2010 with ZF Micro-Commander 9110X at both helms.

Very roomy accommodations are achieved by the near 12 foot beam. Entering the salon from the large cockpit there is a head directly to starboard, settee ahead on the same side and the helm station is just forward of that. The galley is directly across on the port side and a table with opposing bench seats finish the port side forward. The large V-Berth cabin has a convertible seat and vanity which makes privacy possible. Generally a very roomy interior with all the appointments that make cruising for a week or two very easy. The galley is well appointed with a 4 burner cook top and oven, a microwave plus refrigerator and the optional freezer.
All of the curtains in the vessel were just replaced new with factory originals complimenting the nearly new look of the interior.

Broker's Comments
This example of the well-regarded Commander 30 Sportfisher has been very lightly used, with less than 650 hours on her -- plus it's been boathouse kept since new. It shines all over like you were seeing her in the showroom. Although these boats are very popular for fishing this one shows no sign of any of the grime associated with the sport.
