Broker's Comments
Offered as a project due to her having partially sunk up to the floors in the saloon.
The modern BETA engines have been started after an oil change and 2 new starter motors have been fitted.
Mechanically she will need 2 new alternators or the originals reconditioning and we suspect new batteries.
Interior wise she will need new upholstery.
The cause of the sinking was found to be deliberate as she was found to have 2 open sea cocks with the pipes disconnected.
Luckily her mooring is shallow so she was submerged to the interior floor level late evening and found the morning after and raised.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
