Broker's Comments
Here we have an outstanding example of the well repsected and very spacious Cleopatra 1000. This particular boat has been regularly cruised for the last 11 years by the current owner and has been extensively updated and improved to create a warm, comfortable, relaxing and sociable boat for extended all year cruising. The boat has recently benefitted from new upholstery throughout including the cockpit and exudes comfort and quality. Accented LED lighting compliments the saloon, cabins and cockpit, with automatic illuminated galley storage also being a nice and useful feature. The boat has been extensively improved in the hands of the owner with a high end battery managment system, Glavanic isolator and powerful diesel heating with remote control. Make no mistake this boat is like a Tardis inside offering more space thab you would ever think possiblde, and has an aft cabin that you can comfortably stand up fully in, and boasts a large double bed plus a single / sofa too. This cozy aft cabin could also have the large storage space / wardrobes removed to put it back to its original two large double berths, however the boat in its current configuration works really well and can comfortably sleep 7! The cockpit has a newly laid plastic teak deck and has good acces to all engine room systems through large hatches. The space in the cockpit is unmatched in any boat of this length and has to be seen to be fully appreciated. The boat also benefits from a winter canopy and a new main canopy fitted in July 20. This boat is presented in excellent condition and is ready to go cruising with your whole family in confort. She has full coastal cruising capability with her twin Volvo Penta AD40 engines which run very nicely on Duoprop outdrives.
This boat has to be seen to be fully appreciated and will make a wonderful roomy cruising boat for the largest of families or if you just want lots of comfort and space!
