Broker's Comments

The Cleopatra 30 was designed in the 70's when GRP boat construction was new technology. British craftsmanship skills then were second to none and so some really great boats were built. I think this is one of them!

She's got lovely lines, slightly unusual with a semi-lute stern giving her a sleek fast looking profile. The hull and deck appear in very good order looking from outside and in.

Below she's spacious, bright and extremely comfortable. The forward double berth is huge and the saloon converts to make another and with a good well equipped galley, a heads/shower area with hot water, cabin heating and an attractive finish throughout she really is a boat you would want to spend some time aboard. The current owners have upgraded her sympathetically and also keep her meticulously clean and well maintained.

The engine video and photos should speak for themselves - they are incredibly new looking and started cold and ran quietly and cleanly. Both engines and outdrives have been routinely serviced by Volvo engineers.
