Broker's Comments
This is a fine looking boat, with classic heritage, acres of internal space and a great layout. She has tonnes of upper deck space and the aft deck really stands out as a feature.
She has a huge saloon, with open plan galley, a very big forward cabin and a full beam aft cabin - lots of headroom everywhere.
She is something of a project and much of her equipment requires rectifying.
She's been laying unused for a while, so many jobs have raised their heads as a result of this, alongside the various tasks that are needed to bring her back to a useable condition.
Jobs to consider are teak decking, upholstery, deep clean and internal decor in general.
Her engines are operable, though we'd advise thorough checks and servicing.
Easily viewed at Brighton Marina.
