Broker's Comments

This CHB 34 Puget Trawler features a John Deere 135 HP engine upgrade in a popular two stateroom design. You'll find solid features for safe and reliable cruising which include a bow thruster, solar panels, and a massive house battery bank. The boat has lots of headroom and two private cabins with marine head compartments. With an estimated 826 NM maximum range and extensive water and waste capacities, this would be a great boat to cruise the Inside Passage or the remote BC coast. The major work on the boat has been professionally done at Platypus Marine. The boat needs some cleaning, stain, and varnish work. The owner is currently replacing the upholstery for the v-berth cushions.

The boathouse is also for sale with an asking price of $35,000. This is one of the newest boathouses in the marina, and features a loft and a remote controlled electric door system. Moorage is about $600 monthly and is fully transferable. The location is only 15 NM to Canada, and 24 NM to the San Juan Islands. Some of the best salmon fishing in the continental USA is right outside of the harbor.

These boat details are subject to contract.
