Forward in the bow is the anchor locker, just aft is the private owners' suite with a center double berth and ensuite head with separate shower. Hanging closet and drawers for storage and unique cubbies. Moving aft on port is the guest quarters with two bunks. One bunk folds up to allow more headroom in lower or to convert into a sitting area. A large hanging closet and small vanity for guests' belongings or additional storage. Across to starboard is the guest head. It is worth noting that the heads are somewhat small.
Moving up three steps to the lower helm and saloon area: lower helm is starboard with sliding door just aft. To port is the U-shaped galley: a long counter with overhead storage and wine glasses, the 4-burner Wedgewood propane stove and oven look out so you may enjoy the view and the side-by-side stainless sinks look forward. The fridge and freezer are starboard aft of the sliding door. Above the fridge is an Emerson Microwave oven and wine rack. (A U-Line icemaker is in the lazarette). The helm and galley are open to the salon -- while underway you can relax on the L-shaped settee or in one of the new swivel chairs (shown in pictures with and without protective covers).
Access to the engine room is either via a hatch in the saloon floor or under the stairs at the lower helm.
The salon and lower helm areas have new carpet; shades with valences add privacy with a finishing touch. The teak throughout the interior of the boat appears to be in very good condition. Double doors lead to the aft deck, which is fully enclosed for inclement weather or screens that fit the window areas for the summer months. Aft deck has access to the lazarette and a transom gate for boarding off the swim step. A ladder to starboard accesses the flybridge and boat deck. The flybridge has full controls, guest seating and a captains’ chair at center.
The side decks are teak and weather-protected by a bridge overhang. They are wide enough for easy passage around the house. Wide decks, high bulwarks, sturdy teak railings with netting for pets all contribute to staying dry and feeling safe while boarding or docking.
This boat is outfitted to enjoy as a live-aboard, gunkhole in the Sound or San Juan Islands, or cruise comfortably to Alaska!

VIRTUAL TOUR - VIDEO - 80 TO 100 PHOTOS - FULL SPECS CAN BE VIEWED OF THIS CHB GRAND MARINER SEDAN! This CHB Grand Mariner Sedan 45 is well-outfitted for cruising throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
She has been boathouse kept the majority of her life. Her teak decks appear in good condition. The areas of brightwork that need attention are in the process of being refinished (March 2019), the integrity of the hull, deck and windows are reportedly in excellent condition. Her interior layout is very conducive to a comfortable live-aboard with ample room for a cruising couple and guests. The settee upholstery is slightly warn but the current owners installed new carpet Dec 2017 and new swivel chairs in the salon.
