Broker's Comments
This CHB 42 Europa Sedan is a beautiful, spacious classic trawler. Built to order for the the original owner, with custom features that you will not find on other CHB 42s such as the single 135 HP Lehman diesel engine and an office cabin
She has a wide beam (13'8") which make this a very comfortable vessel for long range cruising or as a live-aboard. The 120 HP Ford Lehman truly purrs. All systems seem in top condition. Exterior varnish is in good condition. The boat has been in covered moorage for the past nine years.
A hydraulic Sea Wise dinghy davit system located on the swim platform allows easy launching of the 2016 AB dinghy with 20 HP engine.
This classic Europa trawler has been lovingly cared for and equipped to cruise the Northwest. Wide walkaround side decks, well flared bow, and a long prop-protecting keel provide a secure and safe cruising experience
The CHB (Chung Hwa Boatworks) continues to enjoy a good deal of popularity among trawler enthusiasts. The sea-kindly Monk-designed semi-displacement solid fiberglass hull provides solid comfortable cruising accommodations. And the Europa design is especially attractive, relatively rare and sought-out.
