Ok not a boat but still a boat!

This is going to be one of the most unusual listings you will see at any brokerage.

This is the un-required mid section of a new steel boat that was constructed in 2015 and launched in 2018. it was then removed from the boat and turned into what can be classed as either a floating home, or a glamping pod, or house boat. It boasts three levels and a couple of balconies.
The lower level is given over to two good sized rooms which could make a two bedroom basement with heads / shower compartment. The heads compartment is complete with shower and toilet hardware but this is not as yet fitted or connected. The rooms are both a good size at 4.6m x 3m and 4.4m x 2.4m respectively. The main deck (5.4m x 5.6m) that’s 30sqm! is given over to an open plan kitchen diner / lounge arrangement with fore and aft sliding double glazed patio doors each with full width balconies to enjoy waterside living to the full. The galley is fitted and functional.

The top roof terrace is fully decked with all round railings and is huge at approx 38 sqm. This roof top terrace space is easily accessed by an outside staircase from one balcony.

This vessel for want of a better word, would make a unique and spacious floating home or glamping pod with attitude beyond all others! The unit would need to be finished as per the new owners taste and services installed and connected, however this is a small issue for such a unique and stand out residence. She could be towed on the right day at sea but road transportation or barge shipping should be considered.

So if you wish to just drop in instant accommodation just like that, this could be for you!
