Broker's Comments
Here we have a virtually new build, at just over 2 years old, so there is no maintenance work to be expected for some time.
Moored in a marina just 5 minutes drive from West Drayton Station, this location offers a peaceful retreat but is easily commutable by mainline train, direct into London Paddington. It is also considerably cheaper to moor here than in the sister marinas in central London.
The mooring is transferable by agreement with marina management and there is garden space as you step off the boat.
A must see for someone wishing to live afloat and have the best of all worlds.
