Broker's Comments
A well presented example of these popular aft cockpit cruisers. She is still in original gel coat in good condition and has been well maintained by her current owners who in the 10 years they have had her have replaced all the interior woodwork and helm, rewired her, had all the interior upholstery renewed by Jeckells of Wroxham and put new head linings and side linings throughout the boat. They have also added a 12v TV, helm seat, GPS speedometer and an additional outboard for emergency use which has seen little use.
Inside there is a V berth in the front and a dinette to port that converts to an additional double berth. To starboard is the heads with chemical toilet and the galley with hob and grill.
She was last lifted out the water and antifouled in 2017 (see pictures) and the engine was last serviced in 2018. Her current moorings are paid up until the end of October with an option to take over and the broads river licence is paid up until April 2020. Boat safety certificate expires June 2022.
