Broker's Comments
Unique, romantic, affordable, floating dwelling on residential mooring in Cornwall. 3 double cabins / bedrooms, all en suite, large galley / lounge / dining room (seats 8) . Sun bathing deck.
If you're looking for a stunning, stylish and comfortable live, laugh and love aboard, then look no further. Whether you would like to entertain family, friends or clients, this vessel can offer a venue that's sure to impress.
This unique gem could provide you with a perfect second (or first) home, either right here in the beautiful South West of England or in warmer climes abroad.
Easy to move under her own power, the 185 HP, 6 cylinder Perkins engine can push you through the water at a steady 7.5 knots using only about 10 litres of diesel per hour, whilst her 10 Kva generator can provide you with all the electrical power you need for modern appliances.
For further passage making you may want to invest in a little more navigation and safety gear but, other than that, she has already proven herself as a seaworthy vessel on her long passage to the UK via many great locations. She is VAT paid.
Built of strong and durable high quality hardwoods, this luxurious vessel is finished with lots of eye pleasing features, well crafted curves, tasteful nautical themed inlays and polished stainless steel fittings.
Her wide beam gives plenty of space, the atmosphere of the accommodation is pleasing to the senses and practical for everyday living, giving a feeling of tranquility and relaxation. The 3 comfortable double cabins are all professionally finished to a high standard and come en-suite with showers, washbasins and electric WC. They have opening ports, individual bunk and overhead lights, good storage and useful 24v sockets for all your gadgets. The master suite is extra luxurious with added sofa seating and living space.
A polished central corridor with discrete step lighting, to allow for night vision, leads up to the open plan and spacious deck area. This combines an extra large wheelhouse with a huge open aft deck area, separated by beautiful fully glazed folding doors.
The wheel house encompasses an impressive helm position with a fantastic all round view. The linear galley has plenty of worktop space, a gas hob, sink, mains fridge and lots of storage including extra ice boxes.
The aft deck can be completely covered by sectionalised covers, completely open under a full Bimini or customised to the prevailing conditions and circumstances. Again it's a beautiful area with large quarter L shaped seating, a large 8 seater table and a substantial passerelle set on its own platform to allow easy access to the shore.
Her current location offers a safe haven in a beautiful protected inlet close to Plymouth Sound. Moored on a drying quay which is available to be transferred, she is ready to move onto.
A condition survey was carried out January 2016 and is available upon request.
This vessel has a Recreational Craft Directive Exemption Certificate.
