Broker's Comments
It was a pleasure to list and photograph this Turkish Gullet, Moored in the south of France on the Canal du Midi and with access to the Mediterranean.
This vessel was built as a pleasure boat in Bodrum Turkey and has had three owners from new and the present owner is a perfectionist, I found myself surrounded by quality, beauty and class. Mahogany and teak everywhere. Upholstery, curtains, carpets all renewed recently.
Decking and hull completely reconditioned in past two years.
Clever and practical design with the captain's twin berth cabin in the bow and a further two guest double berths available when using the dinette areas.
The large aft deck is the principal living area and can be open or full closed due to its quality enclosures that surround the canoe style stern.
A well maintained wooden boat at its best which can be loved by traditionalists or anyone who appreciates an exceptionally good design.
Enough said, come and have a look at this classic for yourself. She is presently being used as a live aboard by the owners. For more information or organise a visit, please contact James, your local broker at Midi Canals Boatshed.
