The 34 Sport Sedan is one of the most popular models featuring a two stateroom layout.
Enter the saloon from the covered cockpit through a sliding glass door. The open space is laid out with large galley to port, an L-shaped settee to starboard (which coverts to a double berth), and the lower helm forward to starboard. Heating is with 110 VAC forced air units that operate from shore power or generator. The galley has lots of counter space, a Princess three element electric stove, a new Sharp microwave-convection oven, and a large Norcold DE-828 refrigerator with freezer. There's even a lit compartment for wine storage.
Steps forward lead to the passageway to the forward master cabin with a queen-sized berth, mirrors to create a sense of space, and plenty of storage in lockers and drawers.
Aft to starboard is a large head compartment with a glass door shower, electric toilet, sink and ample storage. Opposite to port is the guest stateroom with upper and lower single berths, mirror, and storage in lockers and drawers. This cabin and the head feature an interior frosted panel overhead to let in plenty of light. The engine compartment can be accessed through large hatches in the main saloon and through a lifting staircase in the passageway.
Alpine CDM 7861 Stereo with CD Stacker; Accugauge Tank Tender for water and waste tank monitoring.

Broker's Comments
This Tollycraft 34 Sport Sedan, a popular model, is priced competitively with others currently on the market, yet ours is being sold with a boathouse - a $10-15,000 value! The boat has been systematically maintained and cared for in out-of-the-weather storage and it shows. The exterior is waxed regularly and the canvas is protected. This is one of the cleanest engine rooms I have seen on a used boat. The boat makes an excellent all-weather fishing and cruising boat with like-new canvas that fully encloses the flybridge.
The boat must be sold with the boathouse. Buyers will benefit in using, sub-leasing, or selling the boathouse, located in Port Angeles, Washington State USA. Boathouses are in demand and no longer being built in this location. If you fish, you will find excellent salmon and halibut fishing just outside of the harbor. The location is 2 1/2 hours from Seattle and a ferry ride away from Victoria, British Columbia. The San Juan Islands and Canadian Gulf Islands are only two hours away in this fast boat.
