The boat is stored upland on dry storage and open to the seasonal elements. Approaching the boat, I notice that the hull and deck appear to be in excellent condition. The hull was sanded and waxed May 2020. New bottom paint (June 2020) is beautiful. Zincs appear to have good life in them. There is no evidence of gel coat cracking around the deck or cabin. The rails are sturdy, the non-skid is in good condition. The windows were all re-sealed in 2007; upon my inspection, there is no evidence of leaking on the interior at any of the windows. The large windows to port and starboard in the main cabin are well sealed; the forward windows have sliders for ventilation.
The cockpit is approximately eight feet (8’) and full width allowing plenty of room for entertaining or for the avid fisher. It is outfitted with a bimini which includes zip-in sides for a full enclosure. There are two hatches for access to the engine compartment, the fuel tanks, water tank, hot water tank, batteries, and storage.
Entering the boat’s main cabin, a hanging locker/storage area and the galley are to starboard. You will first notice the owner's upgrades which he completed Fall 2019 - Spring 2020. He installed new formica throughout the galley, head and dinette areas which is both attractive and practical. The galley area, he also re-faced the drawers to update. A new single-burner Dometic alcohol stove sits atop the counter (never used). An older General Thermetics icebox is located under the captain's chair.
New, custom vinyl flooring throughout is a nice and very functional update.
Forward of the galley is the main helm station with a single, folding helm chair, electrical panel, compass and minimal navigation equipment. However, the view from the helm seat is excellent.
To port in the main cabin is the head compartment. The upgraded formica, flooring and toilet are all exceptional. The toilet is a brand-new (still in its packaging!) Porta-Pottie. The holding tank has been removed. The sanitation hoses and through hulls exist for another system if wished by the new owners. The sink has a stationary faucet but a hand-held shower could be reinstalled. A sump in the engine compartment is connected in case the sink overflows or a shower is reinstalled.
Forward of the head, is the facing settee and table for approximately four people. All of the cushions have been reupholstered with handsome fabric, the dinette upgraded with the matching formica. The dinette may convert to a potential double, or a comfortable single berth.
The full width v-berth is forward. The upholstery has been updated with new fabric and cushions. They seem comfortable and show no signs of wear. A hatch above opens for ventilation, access to the bow, or emergency.
This compact Tolly 26 Sedan is very functional for a small family or seems easy to handle alone. She is sturdy, has adequate amenities and loads of potential!

VIRTUAL TOUR - VIDEO - 80 TO 100 PHOTOS - FULL SPECS CAN BE VIEWED OF THIS 1977 TOLLYCRAFT 26 SEDAN!
The Tollycraft 26 is known for being handsome with rugged construction and stability as main features. This boat, in particular, is no exception. For a smaller model boat, the 10 foot beam and large windows give the interior an expansive feel.
The deep modified V-hull, wide side decks and a pronounced flared foredeck with sturdy railings and a high freeboard all contribute to keeping the boat and the cockpit very dry in rougher water.
A complete engine rebuild including new manifold and risers was completed 2016.
This Tolly 26 Sedan is out fitted with a cockpit enclosure for inclement weather or zip the sides away and you have protection from sun exposure. Or, take the bimini down and have full access to the cockpit for fishing. The flybridge also has a newer (2019) bimini top for sun protection.
The interior has been completely upgraded: settee cushions and forward berth cushions recovered with attractive fabric; new formica on the dinette, galley and head counters. New vinyl flooring, new single burner alcohol stove and a new port-a-pottie complete your comforts. The owner has also been conscientious about maintenance: new bottom paint, zincs are in good condition; the owner assures she is ready to cruise!
She is very clean, comfortable, and ready for new adventures!
