Broker's Comments

PRICE REDUCED FOR THE BOAT SHOW!
This boat has a Palma berth, normally rare, but virtually impossible to find this season, due to works in other marinas. The berth will be available via separate negotiation.

This Manhattan 62 looks like a fantastic boat for cruising the Balearics, entertaining and overnight stays.

You have ample outdoor space, on both foredeck and on the flybridge, for soaking up the sun. In the midday sun, you can enjoy the air on the sheltered aft deck, great for lunch, and sundowner drinks.

There are 6 comfortable berths with a twin cabin, and two superb doubles, making longer trips very comfortable.

The boat also has a crew cabin, which is quite reasonable for this size of boat. It is currently being used as a storage area.

The saloon is very bright and spacious, with plenty of seating and storage for large groups of friends.

The splendid interior finishes have been well looked after by the current owner, and do her great credit.

I feel that this boat seems bigger than its 19 metres, and looks like great value, compared to her competition. If you are looking for a good looking, versatile yacht with plenty of space, power and extras please contact us.
