Broker's Comments
Often vendors call to list their boats for sale saying that the boat is in excellent condition but on boarding one finds it's not true. In the case of this boat the vendor was absolutely right. In all the time that I have been selling yachts I have never seen a nearly 20 year old boat in such an excellent condition. Furthermore her engines have only run 900 hours AND she has had only one owner from new. This yacht merits a viewing just on that basis alone.
I can't help but think that this yacht will not be listed for long, don't be one of those people who will regret not coming to visit her at the earliest opportunity.
