Broker's Comments
Bragging rights claimed! Many thanks goes to David Bowler for the identification of this great looking little boat. Not only has David provided the make and model, he's also given a great insight in to the designer and a little history about the evolution of the brand.
Thanks to David we can officially name the boat as a Sunswift, built by the limited company, Sunliner Marine. The designer is an interesting character called Ray Innes, sadley passed away now, Ray was a well respected designer who's innovative designs helped influence the world of industrial design throughout the 60s and 70s. For a spell Ray ran the design studio at Triumph Motor company and worked on models such as the Spitfire and the 2000TC, no wonder the Sunswift is such an eye catching craft!
The boat comes with the 50hp Mariner as seen in our media.
The trailer has brand new bearings, new wheels and tyres, it has not been used to launch the boat since restoration and therefore not been immersed in salt water.
A great looking little speedboat in excellent condition with trailer and engine to match.
