Broker's Comments

*** Anti foul, hull polish and new anodes booked and paid for in October***

This Seaward 23 is exceptionally easy on the eye and absolutely gleaming, outside, inside and her bilge!

Her owner has had her for a long time and obviously loves her - there is no stone left unturned in her upkeep and maintenance and this is evident as you take a look around.

She has a large cockpit with plenty of room and stowage and fantastic access to both engines.

A lovely chair and plentiful instrumentation for the helm should ease navigation and steering, and there is a good seat for the first mate too!

Down below, you could easily mistake her for a generally new boat - lots of sitting room, a useful galley and a completely unused head!

If you like this type of boat and she appeals to you, please take a look quickly, as she feels like a lovely boat that will sell quickly!
