Broker's Comments
The 410 Statesman (same hull as the F43), was first launched in 1993 and is a design that really has stood the test of time. This November 1997 example is no exception.
The layout below is particularly well thought out, with two large double cabins, one forward and one aft giving space and privacy separated by a very comfortable and stylish saloon area that can also sleep 2 if required, giving accommodation for up to 8 people.
The galley is well equipped and the lower saloon is versatile, as either extra galley area, dining space or an additional double berth - all these configurations are possible. Beneath this mid cabin is a huge full width storage area that is seldom known about.
This particular example feels as though she has had an easy life! On deck she is clean and smart looking and appears to be a well maintained boat. Down below she is clean and tidy with very few areas that show her age. She smells fresh and dry, the upholstery, cabinetry, carpets and curtains are all good quality and well cared for.
She's light and bright making her a pleasure to spend time on. The new cockpit canvas (and flybridge full cover) make the aft deck a really usable space that is a delight to spend time relaxing, even when the weather is not ideal so you'll be equally happy in all seasons.
This boat has a factory fit generator and boasts two reverse cycle aircon/heating systems feeding all cabins. She has a bow truster, windlass, remote search light and auto pilot to mention just a few of the extensive features this boat offers. The chartplotter would benefit from a modern upgrade should you feel the need.
Her aft master has dedicated and sizable separate heads and shower stalls and the main day heads and shower that is "Jack and Jill" to the main cabin and forward sleeping cabin, is just as impressive and well equipped. The beautiful galley has teak and holly flooring with storage under and a full size refrigerator. This is an all electric galley so no gas is aboard to worry about. The spacious saloon is in very good order and a large and comfortable place to relax in any weather and offers excellent access to the mechanics with large removable floor panels. There is also a smaller access way to the fuel filters and weed filters that mean than main floor can stay down for these regular checks.
This boat starts and runs beautifully and the engine bay is immaculate, as are the engines. Her mooring is possibly available in Horning and her Broads toll is paid and her Boat Safety Certificate runs to 2025.
These are impressive boats that offer stunning accommodation and a real wow factor, plus a solid go-anywhere cruising ability with great handling, and this one should not be missed.
Please note that in The Videos I mention she is a 390. This is incorrect as she is a 410.
