Broker's Comments
The internal volume of this boat belies her 13 meter length. The master cabin has a head en-suite and the 2 other cabins have a Jack and Jill arrangement making use of that head as a day head as well as a shared head.
Although there are various elements of the boat which could use some cosmetic attention, she is still in very good condition for a boat of her age. The cockpit and fore deck upholstery have recently been replaced giving a nice fresh look to the boat. Mechanically she has had a lot of work carried out over the past 4 years with all bills available and she is serviced regularly.
Over all, a nice little boat for those family outings or to enjoy quality time with friends.
