Broker's Comments
This exceptional condition Princess 45 has enjoyed a fairly charmed life. Being based here in West Wales, she has not been in the sun to fade and go dull as so many Med boats do. She has had a caring and competent owner who has really looked after her. She has low hours, but she has been used regularly and everything works as it should. A roomy, comfortable, stylish boat with just about the perfect layout for a fly bridge of this size. The pictures of her ashore were taken in late June, just before she was lifted in to reside on her summer marina berth.
The seller is the second owner from new, he has had her for 10 years. She has a fully recorded service history.
