Broker's Comments
Plymouth, UK was the birthplace of Princess Yachts in 1965. Since then, they have developed into one of the most successful motor yacht builders in the world. The Princess 435 is a very popular model with owners looking for good seakeeping abilities, stability and comfort.
On deck she feels safe and easy to move around. Access to the flybridge is via 3 shallow steps, side decks are wide and non-slip and the aft deck uncluttered with lockers under seating and an opening transom door to the bathing platform. Both the flybridge and lower helm have Raymarine instruments, fitted in 2020.
Below she is clean and fresh, feels spacious and is very well thought out. The saloon is light and bright with plenty of space for entertaining whilst enjoying your surroundings. The galley is well equipped and benefits from a lower saloon/dinette adjacent. The two main double cabins (fore and aft) are en-suite, with island beds and lots of usable storage. Additional berths are converted easily from seating in the upper and lower saloon.
She is currently (Feb 2024) in the yard having spent the winter ashore. She has been surveyed, the recommendations remedied and an engine and generator service just completed. Antifoul is on, she's looking smart and viewing will be a pleasure!
