Broker's Comments
Where to start with this stand out example of the the already impressive Princess 33 cruiser?
This boat has had so much added to her and replaced with high-end equipment and systems that you will never find a similar boat of her type.
The boat has been owned for the last 6 years by a well respected local boatyard owner, and as you would expect has been heavily improved, updated and enhanced with an incredible level of attention to detail and thought. She has had no expense spared everywhere you look.
Her systems and operational upgrades make her so very special and unique. Her impeccable, gleaming, white Gelcoat is impressive on a boat of this age and she just exudes comfort and quality.
She is powered by two Ford Mermaid diesel engines on shafts and the motors are fully serviced. She has a current Boat Safety Certificate and has been recently antifouled. Her large aft cockpit has a huge lazarette under the floor which gives access to the central fuel tank and two water tanks. All the tanks have been replaced by the current owner as has all the piping to my eye and everything on the boat is labelled for clear identification.
The large wheelhouse is very light and bright and well appointed with comfortable seating and quality carpet that covers the easy to access engine bay. The boat has 12v systems, 240 mains shore power with battery charger and immersion heater, solar panels to keep the batteries on charge every day, and Eberspacher diesel warm-air heating throughout.
The helm station is a stunning example of how a well thought out a helm should be and is equipped with screen wash, windlass controls and a whole suite of high-end Furuno Navigation, radar and full autopilot systems, plus twin VHF radios and AIS.
Moving forward the saloon is to port and is a large comfortable seating area with galley opposite to starboard. The galley is fully equipped with a good sized quality refrigerator, worktop sink, cooker with hob grill and oven and ample storage. Further foward to starboard is the very generous heads and shower with Jabsco electic toilet to holding tank and a good sized shower. The holding tank gauge is a welcome and useful addition to this well thought out space. Lastly, going forward to the main cabin, this has twin berths and is clean and tidy and offers good storage and also has blinds on the large windows for privacy. With the saloon converting to a double berth this boat can sleep 4 in comfort.
The outside of this boat is also well featured with wide, safe decks with guardrails all round, Gleaming white gelcoat and a stainless steel folding radar arch that allows the boat to clear bridges down to 2.6M.
Make no mistake, this boat has been equipped to go places in comfort and safety.
Boats like this only come up once in a lifetime in this condition, and she cannot be compared to another example of her type given the extensive love, upgrades, refinement and general all over condition that she is presented in. I could not find anything to comment on that needed any work to my eye.
If you want the very best of her type then this is that boat.
