Both engines have had the injector pumps rebuilt. Valves adjusted this year. Everything works as expected and has a well-maintained appearance. Engine hours as reported from survey dated Aug. 18, 2014. Vessel has seen very limited use since. The current owner has changed the tachometers both lower and upper helms within the last year. Ideal windlass had motor rebuilt very recently. Dinghy davit has new motor. AB dinghy has speed and depth indicator. Teak decks show in very nice condition as does all exterior wood trim. Having been constantly boathouse kept this boat has quite evidently been treated very kindly.

Broker's Comments
This Performance Trawler 41 Europa Sedan is about as nice a trawler yacht as a boater could want. The Ed Monk JR. styling charmed me with its attractive and traditional proportions, its sweeping long bow and a very spacious cockpit. Some yachts are just prettier than others and this is one of those. She's been boathouse kept for all of the past 12 years and shines all over. Her owners have really loved her and it shows everywhere you look, from the topsides to the engine room, to the near $30,000 in upgrades just in the past year.
This vessel is a near look alike and compares favorably to the Ocean Alexander Europa both having been designed by Ed Monk Jr.
