Pedro Dutch cruiser built in 1979, 8,25 m long by 3,10 m wide.
One helm under the covered cockpit. Cockpit with hard top half way and a modular tent to the stern. Under cockpit hatch to access the engine.
Heads directly accessible form the cockpit, with a hand basin.
From the cockpit few steps down to the galley on starboard, and dinette on the port side. V berth in forward open space.
Cruiser in a boatyard being finished, the works to be carried out are:
hull, super structure and anti fouling, with 2 primer paint, 2 under coats, and 2 finished paint coats. The choice of the color will be yours, hurry as the work is in progress!
Boat will be delivered by the yard, painted and after general checks, in good order to navigate.

Access to the cockpit by 2 steps (either sides). Sofa seat all the width of the boat (52 X 170 cm) could be convert into a occasional single berth. helm on the port side, electric heater (on the shore power only)
Starboard is the manual heads and hand basin (retractable). Shower heads existing as you can see on the picture, but there is not shower cubicle, so we can only guess the shower is to be used outside on the deck.
Going forward after 2 steps into the main cabin, galley and sleeping area. Dinette convert into a double berth (110 X 195 cm) with under seat storages. forward, a V berth (0.60x1.80 each)
Galley with a 2 gas burner cooker, huge sink and deep cupboards. The fridge is located in the cockpit.
Gas heater inside the cabin galley area.

It is currently under renovation by a professional boat yard manager and will be sold the hull, and superstructure painted, the hull colour is to the purchaser choice, but hurry the work is in progress.
In less than 10m, all the basic are on board, this cruiser will go anywhere on French waterways (except perhaps the Canal d'Ourcq. An ideal economic and compact cruiser for a couple who wants to discover the inland navigations on a raisonnable budget.
