Originally, this German Police Patrol boat would have plied up and down the Rhine. Converted to a liveaboard in 1980, the vessel is now moored in a tranquil location near Staines. The mooring is fully residential and includes a garden area adjacent to the boat.

The vessel also boasts a large rear deck, ideal for enjoying the quiet surroundings and entertaining during the summer month. There is a large amount of storage space and the engine room houses twin Detriot's with all-round access.

Fitted with air conditioning, the vessel is easy to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Current mooring fees are approximately £430/month, but prospective buyers must make their own inquiries with the mooring management to confirm the exact amount.

The BSS expires in 2022.
