Broker's Comments
Although we are selling her as a project and she needs plenty of work doing; this Osborne 50 has extremely stylish lines oozing with character. She has masses of space with a light airy feel to her. The engine room is large with good access and house the 170 hp diesel engines and a bit of a workshop area. She has an Eberspacher blown warm air heating system providing heat in all areas. The galley is fully equipped with a full size cooker, Fridge, sink unit and storage space. The are two further cabins fwd and a heads and shower in the forepeak although the toilet bowl is presently in the wardrobe in the aft cabin for some reason. The large cockpit is well equipped offering an additional seating/social area.
The hull is soft in places and will need a lot of remedial work.
