Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this Nelson 40 with London mooring at Limehouse Basin, E14.

A classic motor cruiser which has been used as a liveaboard home to a growing family, Nelson's are renowned cruising boats with go anywhere ability so this would suit someone who wants to explore the non-tidal Thames upstream or going downstream and up the East Coast.

The current owners have made a number of upgrades including the cockpit cover and the boat is in good condition overall. The aft cabin could be converted into a double bed and it is well equipped with two heads and two showers.

The engines have been serviced regularly and can be demonstrated running on a viewing.

The leisure mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable with a 7.5% transfer fee (of the sale price) and current mooring fees are £8,500 per annum but any buyer should get the fees confirmed by the marina directly.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
