This Nelson 40 Aft Cabin is now for sale with Limehouse mooring.
Built in 1976 and re-engined in 1986 this boat has over 800HP which is plenty of power to deal with the Tidal Thames. The current owner has taken her across the Channel on a couple of occasions and she is set up as a liveaboard boat with the ability to go and explore far and wide, quickly.
The accommodation is laid out across two cabins, fore and aft both with ensuite heads and showers. The aft cabin could be converted into a double to replace its two single berths easily.
There is a bright wheelhouse leading down to the galley and saloon table, which also converts into a double berth.
The leisure mooring at Limehouse is fully transferable on payment of a 5% transfer fee to the marina. Current mooring fees are £6,850 p.a.
