Broker's Comments

The Navigator 50 Pilothouse has one of the more unique interiors among boats of its size, with two complete staterooms each with head and shower. Because the staterooms are separated on the boat it makes for very private sleeping areas. Another other special feature is the large dining area in the pilothouse / galley plus a separate saloon with a full size couch and two comfortable chairs.
Then you add a flybridge area that has an upper and lower seating areas.

The owner recently installed new carpet and flooring in the pilothouse and saloon.

The engine room is accessed through the aft deck hatch hatch which removes the need for engine access through deck hatches. The side doors in the pilothouse also make it easy to get to the foredeck. Another great feature is the dinghy storage. A dinghy cradle has been added to the aft end of the flybridge, saving deck space.

Please give me a call and take a close look. The vessel is located at our docks on Lake Union, Seattle.
