Broker's Comments
A very nice and extremely large live-aboard boat on a substantial garden mooring at Rickmansworth.
The boat has plenty of space but could easily be remodeled to suit a new owner.
The 70ft long mooring, which is transferable subject to agreement with management, is private and secluded.
There are two large outbuildings which could easily be replaced with more substantial chalets and a central Gazebo area for alfresco living. There is a wide wooden deck the full lenght of the boat and a second waterside patio area. The rest is laid to lawn with a path through.
The mooring provides water and electricity. There is waste disposal and recycling as well as Elsan point in the large car park, about 100m from the boat.
There is a track which provides vehicle access to the mooring for unloading.
These are the most desirable moorings in the area. Usually only available by buying a boat on the mooring and they do command a very high premium.
Rolling 6 month lease £310 per month
