This boat is being sold with a residential mooring at Limehouse Basin, which has great transport links for anyone working in the City or Canary Wharf. The mooring is fully transferable on payment of a 5% transfer fee to marina management. Current mooring fees are £8,800 p.a.. The marina has a facilities block with laundry for residents, security guard and 24 hour CCTV.
