Broker's Comments
This surprisingly spacious motor cruiser offers a good level of accommodation. The South Dock Marina berth is fully residential with mooring fees of £590/month. There is a transfer fee of 10% (or a min fee of £5400 which ever is the higher) of the sale price, payable to the dock management.
Last surveyed in 2016 with no significant reported issues. The engines have been very well maintained by the current owner.
The amount of living space could be extended by adding a back canopy, making a great place to spend summer evenings.
The reasonable asking price makes this a great opportunity to live in one of the most sought after marinas in London.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
