Broker's Comments
The Mitchell 31 has a great reputation for its build quality and is considered one of the most seaworthy boats you can find. They are in regular use as police and harbour patrol boats around the country.
This particular example is extremely highly spec 'd. She was re-engined only 5 years ago and since then has had little use but constant care by the current owners.
With beaching legs and a protected prop she can happily live on a drying berth and has the facilities and standing headroom below to be comfortable to spend time on. A truly versatile boat.
She's been out of the water for the winter and has just been relaunched all smart and ready to go for the season
