Broker's Comments
This is one of the few MFV's that you could board and live in comfort immediately, with no investment required, or sail away for worldwide adventures. An ideal Liveaboard, with commercial opportunities or continue her story just travelling.
The current owners acquired this Vessel as a working Fishing Boat in 2000 and spent 5 years rebuilding her completely as their new home to travel the world and raise a family.
The interior has been completely re-built , by the Owner, Shipwright & Boatbuilder, using the finest materials of Oak, Iroko and Robbins Elite marine ply's, all built to exceptional standards. A newly constructed wheelhouse with solid 10mm reinforced glazing. The deck was raised 18" and then triple sheathed with Iroko planking, Marine Ply and topped with GRP.
The Gardner Engine believed to be a 1995 was fully restored/serviced, fitted with a V drive and commissioned in 2004.
Everything about this Boat feels well built and substantial and now benefits from a condition report just carried out in October 2020 after being sailed around to Plymouth from Exmouth.
The Master Boatbuilder (Chris Rees Boatbuilding) who inspected her concluded ...."she is in good condition for a vessel of her age and construction and with the usual maintenance will last many years."
She is a delight to be onboard, light and airy, comfortable, and fully equipped for passage making, and all re-commissioned just in 2005
She is truly a remarkable Boat with a remarkable story.
