Broker's Comments
As you step onto the inviting rear deck of this boat and enter through her sliding companionway door, you know you're going into something a little bit different and a little bit special!
The first thing I noticed was the sheer amount of space, light and her modern colour scheme - this topped off with the wood effect flooring makes her interior a very pleasant space indeed.
With a well equipped galley, a very large saloon with two lovely sofas and two double beds down below, she could really represent a great life afloat.
Top it all with with the spacious wet room and electric toilet and you may have yourself a luxury floating pad - which feels especially so if you throw open the French windows and allow the outside inside. With this, I think you have a very special space on your hands.
Berthing £4979.95 per annum TBC, rising to £5418.75 in November 2021. Can be paid monthly at a slightly higher rate. Free water and wifi and use of luxury shower/toilet amenities. Electricity extra.
